Return Policy:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim any return, refund, or exchange, you must record a clear unboxing video (starting from opening the intact courier packaging to testing the product). No claims will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
- Eligible Issues: The product is physically damaged, defective, not working, or completely different from what you ordered.
- Timeframe: You must notify our Help Center with the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Condition of the Item: The product must be returned in its original condition, with the original brand box, manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories included.
Refund Policy:
- If you made an advance payment (via bKash/Nagad) and the requested product is out of stock, we will initiate a full refund.
- For returned items, once the product reaches our facility and is inspected by our team, we will process your refund.
- Approved refunds will be transferred to your bKash/Nagad or Bank Account within 3 to 7 working days.
- Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was completely from our end (e.g., wrong product sent).
